How to apply
Apply online via the city's web forms portal, by email to permits@lloydminster.ca, or in person at the Operations Centre (6623 52 Street). BORDER CITY, SPECIAL RULES: Lloydminster runs under its own charter — building and plumbing permits and inspections are contracted city-wide to Superior Safety Codes Inc., and the city applies the National codes as adopted by Saskatchewan, not the Alberta editions. Gas and electrical permits split by which side of the border the property sits on: Alberta Safety Codes Authority (Alberta side) or TSASK (Saskatchewan side).
